Texas doesn't have any. It pretty much ruins your life to have a felony sex conviction, and there's nothing but mandatory minimums for kids even if the relationship started in high school and is stupid, sure, but not creepy. And you know her daddy hates his guts and is gonna get a good lawyer. 

I think Texas needs a Romeo and Juliet law. There's plenty of States that have proven ones we can copy.
